Sanaz Mirkhani

Sanaz has dedicated her career to advancing patient safety and regulatory excellence in the medical device industry. With nearly two decades of experience spanning startups, acquisitions, and global companies, she has guided organizations through Quality Management System certifications, regulatory and clinical milestones across cardiovascular, ENT, and dental devices. As one of the early employees at Tusker Medical (later acquired by Smith & Nephew), she played a central role in commercializing a breakthrough technology that enabled ENTs to place pediatric ear tubes in the office under local anesthesia, eliminating the need for general anesthesia for young patients.

Fun Facts: Sanaz has lived on three continents and loves exploring new places through travel. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, skiing, and cheering on her favorite tennis players. Most of all, she treasures time spent outdoors with her family.
