Jeff is the founder and managing director of Greenbox Venture Partners, and also manages the venture investing at Rock Health. Prior to forming Greenbox, Jeff was the director of healthcare investment banking at GCA Savvian, where he worked with and advised venture-backed, private equity and multinational public companies on fundraising, M&A, joint ventures, partnering and other strategic transactions across various areas of healthcare, including digital health, diagnostic imaging, connected and remote patient monitoring devices and many more. He has specific experience in the cardiac arrest/defibrillator industry, having advised Nihon Kohden on the acquisition of Defibtech, and other industry transactions. Jeff received his Bachelor’s Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Economics from Duke University.
